Getting started

Four steps, once.

You do this on the day your school invites you. After that, photos simply arrive.

Find your school

Search by name or city. You'll only find schools that have been approved on Classframe.

Add your child

Use the student ID from the school and your child's registered name. The school approves you as a guardian.

Activate with a coupon

Enter the code your school gave you. The annual plan starts immediately.

Photos arrive

After each event the school publishes the album and you're notified. Open the app; the photos are already sorted.

Privacy for your family

Classframe was built so that a school can share thousands of photos without a single one going where it shouldn't.

  • Guardian approval first

    Nobody sees a child's photos until the school has approved them as that child's guardian.

  • Links that expire

    Every photo is served through a short-lived, signed link. Copying a URL doesn't open the album to strangers.

  • Consent for reference photos

    If you add reference photos yourself, your consent is recorded with the time and account.

  • Delete on request

    Ask the school to remove your child's face profile and it is gone — references, numbers and all.

How pricing works

Things parents ask.

Will I see photos of other children?
Only when the school shares an album with a class or with all families. Most albums use 'matched only', which means you see the photos your child was recognised in — and other parents see theirs.
How does the school know it's my child?
You add your child using the student ID the school gave you and their name as it appears on the register. The school approves the link before anything is shown.
What does activation cost?
Each school sets a single annual price per child in its own currency. Your school will tell you the amount and give you a coupon code to activate.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Each child has their own gallery and their own activation. If your children are at different Classframe schools, you log in through each school separately.
Can I download and print?
When the school allows downloads, you can save the full-resolution original of any photo. Favourites keep the ones you want to print together.
What happens to my child's face data?
Reference photos and the numbers derived from them stay with the school. You can ask the school to delete them at any time; deletion removes everything and is recorded.
